Providing Financial, Wellbeing and Care Support for our Naval Family

A career in the Royal Navy or Royal Marines doesn’t end when service does, and neither does our support. Since 1922, The RNBT has stood alongside Ratings, Other Ranks, and their families, helping them to not just thrive, but survive.

Who We Are

Supporting the Naval family since 1922, under Royal Charter

Our roots reach back to the Grand Fleet Fund, founded by Admiral Lord Jellicoe in 1916, and established as The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust in 1922 under Royal Charter.

Today, The RNBT exists to support Royal Navy Ratings and Royal Marines Other Ranks, including reservists, both serving and served, and their families through life’s challenges.
